TELUS Health's Workplace Strategy Index for Mental Health (WSI-MH) assesses an organizations’ wellbeing standing – specifically, mental health and psychosocial risk factors – and provides key recommendations to address any gaps in the current policies/programs offered and improve their overall wellbeing strategy. The WSI-MH draws on established frameworks to provide an evidence-based approach to determining progressive levels of maturity.

The process will take between 20 and 40 minutes to complete. You will be asked, on the next page, a bit about your organization and its priorities before reaching the core assessment. The questions are divided into four maturity levels, starting with basic mental health risk management measures, ending with questions about mental health and wellbeing strategy at the executive and governance levels. At the end of the assessment, you will receive a report with benchmarks and recommendations.
