TELUS Health's Workplace Strategy Index for Mental Health (WSI-MH) assesses an organisations’ wellbeing standing – specifically, mental health and psychosocial risk factors – and provides key recommendations to address any gaps in the current policies/programmes offered and improve their overall wellbeing strategy. The WSI-MH draws on established frameworks to provide an evidence-based approach to determining progressive levels of maturity.

The process will take between 25 and 40 minutes to complete. The next page will ask you a bit about your organisation and its priorities. After completing that, you will reach the assessment. The questions are divided into four maturity levels, starting from basic wellbeing compliance measures, ending with questions about wellbeing strategy at the executive level and within your organisation's governing body. At the end, you will receive a report with benchmarks and recommendations.

Here at TELUS Health we take your privacy seriously, and will only use your personal information to deliver on the services promised and, if applicable, a possible follow up from your account team. However, from time to time we would like to contact you with details of other services we provide. The only personal identification requested is name, email address, and job title.

The data collected will be securely stored on our survey provider's servers in Canada. Click here to see the security policy. We will never sell or share your personal data with any third parties.
